FAQ
- MIST BLOWER: as a portable tool, with the built-in blower. The ideal method for distributing quickly a fine mist over a large area such as your backyard, gym, playroom, ball field, or campsite.
- MISTING WAND: as a portable tool, with the wand attachment. The ideal method for targeting smaller areas, such as soffits, baseboards, crevices or any other specific areas indoor or outdoor. The wand disperses mist in a cone shape, allowing you better control over how the mist is applied and target hard to reach spots.
- MIST STATION: as permanent installation. The ideal method of misting for a small area you intend to treat regularly, such as your patio, terrace, or yoga studio. A simple and highly customizable installation of mist stations allows you to treat specific areas of your property or business—even areas that are difficult to reach—with just the push of a button on your Bask Mistmaster long-range remote-control (up to 1,000 feet).

The best way to maintain a bug-free area is a multi-mode approach referred to as integrated pest management (IPM). It focuses not just on the elimination of insects at each life stage (eggs, larvae, and adult) but also on the elimination of the habitats in which they live and breed.
Minimization of chemical interventions is a key tenet of IPM and is made possible through surveillance of pest populations and environmental conditions and by using the Bask Mistmaster to treat specific area with the Mist Blower or the Misting Wand.
When installed in a fixed location with our Mist Station, use the Bask Mistmaster long range remote control to deliver a short, 15-, 30-, or 45-second treatment, as needed.
You’ll get the most out of the Bask Mistmaster—and do the most for the environment—if it’s run at dawn and dusk, when biting insects are most active.
Enhance the impact of the Bask Mistmaster, while moderating your chemical use, by eliminating the habitats that nurture biting insects. As a start, get rid of any unnecessary containers that collect standing water, change water in bird baths and potted plant trays once a week, and keep ponds and pools circulating. Keep lawns mowed and free of leaves, maintain a 3 foot mulch or stone barrier between plant beds or woodland areas and lawns, and place woodpiles away from everyday activity areas.

Mist distributes very thin droplets of the sanitizing treatment so you reach all surfaces easily and efficiently. Misting makes sanitizing your space effortless as it focuses on thoroughly cleansing areas while eliminating germs and bacteria. Sanitizing your indoor and outdoor space with the Bask Mistmaster is comparably better than using sanitizing sprays and wipes as it targets specific areas evenly, quickly and without leaving a damp surface. This means when the Mist Blower and Misting Wand are used, you don’t need to remove any objects, such as a piece of paper from a desk, because it won’t get wet and damaged. Same thing when installed in a small fixed location with our Mist Station: use the Bask Mistmaster long-range remote control to deliver a short, 15-, 30-, or 45-second treatment, as needed. You’ll get the most out of sanitizing your spaces with the help of our Bask Mistmaster.

Misting makes taking care of your plants effortless as it nourishes every crevice of your garden efficiently. Mist distributes very thin droplets of the treatment to plants and reaches all their leaves, even beneath them easily. Nurturing plants will be a total breeze with the Bask Mistmaster. Between all three Mistmaster features, you can maintain your plants’ moisture and lock in their nutrients. The Mist Blower would be an efficient way to mist a garden or big patch of greenery. The Misting Wand can be used to mist your smaller garden pieces and plants, that might need more attention and care. Lastly, the Mist Station can be attached to the top of your gardens pergola, or inserted in the grass, and dispense regular bursts of the treatments your plants need most to thrive with just a touch of the long-range remote control.
The Mismaster has been responsibly conceived to have no leaking or run off. Regardless of how you mist, our dripless feature prevents waste when the system is stopped—as does the quick-disconnect feature when you switch accessories.

Maximize nature.
Minimize Chemicals.
Spray drift is defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the movement of droplets of chemical solutions (e.g., pesticides, herbicides) through the air at the time of application or soon after, to any site other than the area intended. Your Mistmaster nozzles are designed to create fine mists (ranging from approximately 10–100 microns) from various treatments offered by Bask, including pesticides and herbicides, for treatment on yards, gardens, turf, and other outdoor areas around your home or property. It is your responsibility to take proper precautions to ensure spray/mist drift does not adversely affect people and the environment surrounding your intended treatment area.
Runoff occurs when water and any contaminants such as pesticides flow across the soil surface into existing bodies of water, such as streams, canals, rivers, and lakes. Runoff also can enter water systems through storm drains. It is your responsibility to take proper precautions to ensure runoff does not adversely affect people and the environment surrounding your intended treatment area.

"Running a Dojo is not an easy thing... and with the recent COVID-19 pandemic it's getting even more complicated. But with the Mistmaster at hand, I am able to disinfect everywhere, quickly and easily! I love the blower mode which allows me to treat a large areas in few minutes, while when I plug the wand I can clean and disinfect specific spots. A friend of mine has installed the overhead nozzles kit in the lockers, to repeatedly mist every night with a remote control -- this is surely an additional feature I am going to install very soon!"
"I had the opportunity to find out about the Mistmaster when participating in focus group testing. This portable misting device has been a life-changer for our family. Now we can enjoy spending time in our backyard more than inside the house without worrying about bug bites anymore. I mist 2 times a week and use the wand for specific backyard areas once in a while. It appears to be enough to keep bugs away. The only negative thing I can think of is the weight when fully loaded."
"As a parent of 3 young children, I enjoy having people over and organize playtime. To create a more welcoming, germ-free environment for my guests and their children I have decided to use the Mistmaster. Instead of spending a ton of money and time disinfecting with wipes, I run the Mistmaster on the blower mode, so I can easily and quickly sanitize the entire playground and the playroom. I feel confident about creating a fun and safe place for all!"
